Keshet Technology’s CEO/Co-Founder, Andrew Moffat is appointed to OCRI’s Board of Directors

Keshet Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of its CEO/Co-Founder,
Andrew Moffat, to OCRI’s Board of Directors. This general board position
was announced at OCRI’s Annual General Meeting held at the Corel Center
on March 31st, 2005. Serving on the Board of Directors, Mr. Moffat will contribute
to the management of OCRI’s property and business endeavors, where he will
play an integral role in the strategic development and direction of OCRI’s
activities.
