Cezary Fudali, General Counsel
 Cezary Fudali is the General Counsel of Keshet Technologies Inc., responsible
for overseeing company-wide legal matters, involving client and partner contracting,
intellectual property, corporate governance, merger and acquisition activities,
litigation, and corporate secretary functions.
Cezary graduated from the University of Ottawa with an LL.M. degree in international
trade law and in 2003 with a Common Law degree (LL.B.). He was called to the
Bar of Ontario in 2004. Cezary has authored and published articles on topics
related to public international and trade law in prominent law journals.
Prior to joining Keshet in 2005, Cezary worked at the Legal Secretariat of
Export Development Canada. Fluent in many languages, he actively participated
in numerous international business transactions. His practice is primarily focused
on corporate law, contract negotiations, corporate mergers, intellectual property
protection, entertainment law, business finance, international trade, and business
transactions.
Cezary is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Ontario Bar Association,
Canadian Bar Association, Canadian Council on International Law, and Ottawa
Centre for Research and Innovation.
