Debbie Moffat, Founder
Debbie Moffat is the Founder of Keshet Technologies Inc. and Keshet Productions
Inc. Keshet Technologies assists early stage technology companies to gain market
penetration. Keshet Productions is focused on developing films and Television
programs around women’s and children’s issues.
Prior to Keshet, Debbie co-founded EDUCOM TS Inc., where she served as Managing
Director. EDUCOM was established to provide its private and public sector clients
with consulting expertise in the areas of information processing, integrated
office communications, application software development, and application software
customization. In recognition of her significant contribution to the technology
sector, Debbie was awarded the Seagate Software’s “Partner of the
Year” for outstanding achievement in 1997.
In 2000, Debbie’s leadership and vision was key in transforming EDUCOM
from a professional services company to a software technology company and a
market leader in email archiving solutions. In 2004, Ms. Moffat played a significant
role in EDUCOM’s sale and subsequent transition to ZANTAZ.
Fluent in Hebrew, Japanese, and English, Debbie has worked as a consultant
to prominent organizations world-wide, such as the Government of Canada, the
US Federal Government, a number of State and Municipal Governments, AMDOCS,
BMW, Gateway, Lucent Technologies, Trane, and Pepsico, just to name a few. Her
consulting was primarily focused on the development of executive and management
compliance and reporting systems.
For the past three decades, Debbie Moffat has been an icon for the entrepreneurial
spirit as a business founder, an executive, a consultant, and a community leader.
In all of her leadership roles, Debbie has remained a strong advocate for women’s
and children’s issues, for which she was awarded the prestigious Sara Kirke award from
Cata. Debbie continues to work on projects intended to promote and encourage
women and children to persevere in today’s dynamic and highly complex
business and social environment.
